Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within two business day and typically arrive in 3 – 5 business days after excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For overnight or special delivery please call the store. We currently do not offer international shipping. All packages require a signature.

Return Policy

If you decide to return an item we will happily accept merchandise within 7 days from the time you receive your order. We will refund the price minus any shipping charges. Any item returned must not be worn, scratched, damaged, altered, custom sized or engraved. 

Custom or special orders are non-returnable. Any item that is not in stock is a special order.

Items must have tickets still attached or they are not returnable or exchangeable.

All sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Our online return policy does not necessarily reflect our in store return policy.

All returns require a return authorization number.  

Please contact us or call (631)725-0051 to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept shipments without an authorization number clearly written on the front of package.

Merchandise should be sent via insured mail for the full amount of the package with a tracking number and signature required. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We do not accept COD packages.
